Pico de Gallo – Homemade Salsa



  • 2 Roma tomatoes diced
  • ½ medium red onion diced
  • 1 jalapeno cored and diced
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • ½ teaspoon salt


  1. Carefully dice and chop ingredients.
  2. Mix ingredients together in a bowl that can be tightly covered.
  3. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
