Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons honey
 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
 - 1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
 - 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
 - 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
 - 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
 - 1 medium carrot, grated
 - 1/2 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
 
Directions
- Mix together honey, vegetable oil, vinegar, and pepper in a large bowl and stir well.
 - Add shredded cabbage, onion, carrot, and bell pepper to bowl and stir well.
 - Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
