Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup skim or 1% milk
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 dash of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats (not quick oats)
- 1/4 cup raisins
- Chopped nuts (optional)

- Shake
- Place in the fridge overnight
