Overnight oats


  • 3/4 cup skim or 1% milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 dash of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats (not quick oats)
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • Chopped nuts (optional)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar
  2. Shake
  3. Place in the fridge overnight
