- 1 (6-ounce) container low-fat lemon yogurt
- Have an adult wash, peel, and cut kiwi using a vegetable peeler and knife.
- Arrange pineapple, kiwi, bananas, and grapes onto your plate.
- Top with yogurt and sprinkle with nutmeg.
