Banana Berry Smoothie

Makes 4 servings


  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 3/4 cup low-fat skim or soy milk
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)


  1. In a blender, combine bananas, frozen berries, yogurt, and milk. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add a few ice cubes and blend until smooth for a thicker consistency if you like.
