Makes 4 servings
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 3/4 cup low-fat skim or soy milk
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)
- In a blender, combine bananas, frozen berries, yogurt, and milk. Blend until smooth.
- Add a few ice cubes and blend until smooth for a thicker consistency if you like.
