Makes 1 serving
- 1/2 cup whole-grain cereal
- Half of a 6-ounce container plain or flavored nonfat or low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen and thawed)
- 1/2 banana
- Wash hands and surfaces.
- Wash all fresh fruit.
- Peel and slice bananas.
- Spoon some of the yogurt into your serving bowl.
- Sprinkle with cereal and top with blueberries and banana.
- Refrigerate leftovers immediately.
