Caramel Apple Dip

Serving Size: 1/2 cup – Makes 4 Servings


2 cups plain non-fat greek yogurt

1 tablespoon brown sugar 

1 tablespoon maple syrup 

1 teaspoon vanilla 

¼ teaspoon cinnamon  


Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.  Serve cold with sliced apples.
