Yogurt Dip


  • 1 cup low fat yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon honey


  1. Combine all ingredients and mix
  2. Serve with apples, crackers, or mix into a fruit salad.
