Avena preparada durante la noche

Ingredientes:

  • 3/4 taza descremada o 1% de leche
  • 1 cucharadita de miel
  • 1 pizca de canela
  • 1/2 taza de avena a la antigua (no avena rápida)
  • 1/4 taza de pasas
  • Nueces picadas (opcional)

Instrucciones:

  1. Combina todos los ingredientes en un frasco
  2. Sacudir
  3. Colocar en el refrigerador durante la noche
