Bocadillo de yogur

Ingredientes: 

  • 1 taza de yogur bajo en grasa (normal o vainilla)
  • 1/2 cucharadita de canela
  • 1 cucharadita de miel

Instrucciones: 

  1. Combina todos los ingredientes y mezcla
  2. Sirva con manzanas, galletas o mezcle en una ensalada de frutas
